TRACK PRE-SEASON WORKOUTS

Track conditioning begins on Monday, 1/6/25.  The schedule is as follows:

Mondays/Wednesdays - Conditioning in the cafeteria from 245-4pm

Tuesdays/Thursdays - Strength training in the weight room from 6-8pm
